Your Mission:


  • Develop, manage and implement the group Cyber Security strategy
  • Develop, manage and implement the group vulnerability scans and penetration test scope schedule
  • Develop and implement security awareness within the group
  • Work with Regional Security teams to ensure a consistent approach to assess Security risks and the management of significant risks
  • Collect, report and review Security metrics and KPI’s from each region and provide appropriate reporting to senior management
  • Monitoring internal corrective actions and improvements for effectiveness;
  • Work with the Operations and Security teams on resolution to any gaps and/or findings;
  • Assist the country management in the event of a major security breach or crisis situation, ensuring effective investigation has been carried out
  • Work with process owners to continuously improve process & procedure
  • Capture uncontrolled and undocumented systems and procedures
  • Perform design reviews on projects working with Project Managers to ensure areas of poor Security Standards are addressed
  • Assisting in acquisition processes as required
  • Assist Country management to ensure all Security and Business Continuity issues are consistently recorded, adequately investigated and reviewed to prevent reoccurrence;
  • Working with ISMS teams to perform internal audits
  • Work with external parties to perform security audits, penetration and vulnerability assessments
  • Keep up to date on global technology-related regulations, industry standards, and other best practice guidance related



 Requirements:


  • Qualified/Experienced in IT/Cyber Security
  • Experience in setting up Security Controls and procedures
  • Experience in information security, security architecture, patch & vulnerability governance, and performing risk assessments
  • Deep understanding of information security and keeps up to date with the latest and emerging cyber-security threats
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks according to priorities, results-oriented, and a proven ability to meet deadlines
