Due to our continued expansion we are now searching for talented Technical Support Engineer's to join our dynamic and growing Dublin based teams (location can be either of our offices in Malahide, Co. Dublin, or Baldonnel Business Park, Dublin 22).


Responsibilities of role

  • Deliver Cloud IT Services to our partners and customers in areas such as Backup, Disaster Recovery, Networking & Connectivity etc.
  • On-board new customers
  • Handle inbound helpdesk support requests
  • Pro-active monitoring and management of data protection platforms
  • Remote assistance to customers via RMM tools
  • Working closely with partners and customer


Desirable Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Good understanding of information technology systems
  • Strong virtualisation skills (VMware, Hyper V) plus strong knowledge of Windows and Linux Servers
  • VMware & veeam top partner status
  • Good working knowledge of networking
  • Good working knowledge with Backup solutions and strategy
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills are a benefit
  • Excellent verbal and written English
