Due to our continued expansion we are now searching for a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team based in Malahide, Co. Dublin.


 

Responsibilities of role:


  • Deliver Backup and Disaster Recovery Services to partners and customers
  • On-board new customers
  • Handle inbound helpdesk support requests
  • Pro-active monitoring and management of data protection platforms
  • Remote assistance to customers via RMM tools
  • Working closely with partners and customer



Desirable Qualifications, Skills & Experience:


  • Good understanding of information technology systems
  • Strong virtualisation skills (VMware, Hyper V) plus strong knowledge of Windows and Linux Servers
  • Good working knowledge of networking
  • Good working knowledge with Backup solutions and strategy
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills are a benefit
  • Excellent verbal and written English
